Escape from the Grave Zombie
My Escape from the Grave Zombie is not activating
- Replace the batteries
- Make sure the item is being used on a hard and flat surface (if being used outside, find level ground)
- Make sure there is nothing in the way of the hands (rocks, sticks, etc)
- If using sound activation turn the switch to ‘On’
- If using footpad activation, turn the switch to ‘Footpad’
If the hands/arms of the Zombie are not moving
- Replace the batteries
- Make sure the item is being used on a hard and flat surface (if being used outside, find level ground)
- Make sure there is nothing in the way of the hands (rocks, sticks, etc)
If the Zombie is not working with the adapter
- The adapter must be a 4.5V/1A DC adapter
- We recommend that you purchase this adapter through our website to ensue that the adapter tip fits correctly, and that the adapter is not too weak or too strong for the item
- Take the batteries out while you are using the adapter
I hear a clicking sound coming from the Zombie
- Make sure the arms and head are connected to the module
- Make sure there is nothing in the way of the arms/hands (rocks, sticks, etc)
If the Zombie’s eye is not lighting up
- Change the batteries
- Please note that only one eye should light up
- Make sure the wire on the head is connected to the wire on the base
