Guardian of the Grave

My Guardian of the Grave is not rising
  • Replace the batteries
  • Make sure the wire on the Module is connected to the wire on the base
  • Make sure the switch is set to ‘On’ for timer/sound activation and set to ‘Footpad’ for footpad activation
My (optional) footpad does not fit in the footpad jack.
  • Your Guardian of the Grave comes with a small adapter so the item  is able to interface with the footpad. It is located in a small bag with a red sticker. Simply plug the male end of the adapter into the base and plug the female end into the footpad.
The eyes on my Guardian of the Grave are not lighting up
  • Replace the batteries
  • Make sure the wire on the Guardian (attached to the Fog Tube on most models) is connected to the wire on the Module
My Guardian of the Grave twists as it rises
  • Adjust the blue fog hose that has been twist-tied to the base
My Guardian of the Grave keeps falling over
  • Make sure that the Guardian is on a level surface
  • If being used outside, the Feet of the Tombstone can be used as stakes
  • If there is inclement weather, such as rain or wind, bring the Guardian inside
My Guardian of the Grave is not working with the adapter
  • The adapter must be a 6V/2A DC adapter
  • We recommend that you purchase this adapter through our website to ensue that the adapter tip fits correctly, and that the adapter is not too weak or too strong for the item
  • Take the batteries out while you are using the adapter
Fog option for my Guardian of the Grave is not working
  • Make sure fog machine is plugged in, is filled with fog juice, and has had time to heat up
  • Connect the wire on the ‘C’ cord to the side of the Base
  • Connect the plug on the ‘C’ cord to your fog machine
  • Make sure the silver ring is securely fastened to the fog machine, and the blue tube is connected (the tub should remain approx ½” from the machine
  • Press the ‘Relay’ button on the Base to activate the Fog Timer
  • If the fog is still not working, your fog machine may not be compatible with the Guardian of the Grave

**Please note, not all versions of this product are fog machine compatible. If your Guardian did not come with a metal ring or a ‘C’ cord, then it is not fog compatible
