- Make sure the Velcro straps are secured tightly under the chair
My Insane Serial Killer is leaning too far forward or backward
- The Insane Serial Killer should be placed on a chair with a level seat
- If it is not a on chair with a level seat, the base can be propped up so it is level
My Insane Serial Killer is not working with the adapter
- The adapter must be a 6V/2A DC adapter
