Witch's Brew
My Witch’s Brew is not activating.
- Change the batteries (located on the plate w/ the Witch’s head)
- Make sure the switch is set to ‘On’ for sound activation, and ‘Footpad’ for footpad activation.
I am unable to find the battery compartment, adapter jack, or footpad jack
- All three are located on the left side on the top of the plate that holds the Witch’s body.
The eyes and cauldron of my Witch’s Brew are not lighting up
- Make sure to connect the ‘C’ wires. One wire is located on the plate with the Witch’s head, and the other is located on the cauldron
My Witch’s Brew is not working with the adapter.
- The adapter must be a 4.5V/1A DC adapter
- We recommend that you purchase this adapter through our website to ensue that the adapter tip fits correctly, and that the adapter is not too weak or too strong for the item
- Take the batteries out while you are using the adapter
My Witch’s Brew is falling over.
- Make sure the Witch is on level ground
- Use the metal stakes provided to secure both the cauldron and Witch in the ground
- If there is inclement weather, bring the Witch’s Brew inside
