What kind of air compressor will work/what kind is needed?
The Kobalt Quiet Air Tech Air Compressor from Lowe's will work best. We recommend a 4-6 gallon, however as small as a 1-gallon pancake is acceptable if the PSI output gauge is between 50-90 PSI.
Lowering the gauge below 50 PSI will decrease Gramps' performance and setting the gauge above 90 PSI will damage Pneumatic Grandpa.
Can this item be used outdoors?
Yes! This item can be used outdoors. This item is water resistant, but we recommend bringing it inside during inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, etc.).
What are the dimensions of the box?
27.5 in. by 18 in. by 24 in.
Does the air compressor have to stay hooked up to operate this prop?
Yes, the air compressor has to stay connected in order to operate Gramps. Because this prop is pnaumatic, it needs the air compressor in order to operate.
